After purchase, you receive instant download links via email. Links are valid for 30 days with up to 5 downloads per product. You can also access all your purchases from your account dashboard at any time.

Full refunds are available before you download the product. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are no longer available — this is standard policy for digital goods and applies to all products and sellers. To request a refund, visit your account dashboard before downloading.

Each listing specifies its compatibility requirements. Check the Details tab on any product page before purchasing. If you're unsure about compatibility, you can message the seller directly — most respond within 24–48 hours.

Click "Contact Seller" on any product page to send a message directly to the seller. Typical response time is 24–48 hours. For urgent issues, you can also contact our support team at support@fluxhive.app.

Create a free seller account, upload your product (files + cover image), set your price, and publish. No approval process required — we only filter spam and illegal content. You can be live in under 10 minutes.

Community sellers keep 90% (10% fee). Fluxhive Verified sellers keep 88% (12% fee) in exchange for a quality badge, priority placement, and Fluxhive's quality guarantee backing your product.

Fluxhive uses two badges. Fluxhive Verified (amber badge) means the product was reviewed and approved by our team — we guarantee quality and provide full support. Community (outlined badge) means the product is from an approved independent seller — quality and support are the seller's responsibility.

From your seller dashboard, open any product and click 'Apply for Verification'. Fill in why the product is high quality and what makes it special. Our team reviews within 3–5 business days and emails you the decision. If approved, the fee increases to 12% and your product gets priority placement.

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect every Monday. The minimum payout balance is $20. Funds from sales are held for 7 days to protect against chargebacks, then released to your payout schedule.

Yes! Upload new versions of your product at any time. All previous buyers automatically receive an email notification when you publish an update — keeping your customers happy and reviews positive.

We support PDF, ZIP, MP4, MP3, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, Figma links, and Notion templates. Maximum file size is 500MB per product. For larger files, you can split them into a ZIP archive or host externally and provide a secure link.

Download links expire after 30 days and are limited to 5 downloads per purchase. Each link is uniquely tied to the buyer's account. For sensitive content, we also support digital watermarking to trace unauthorized distribution.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard in the payments industry. Fluxhive never sees or stores your full card numbers. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.

Coming Q2 2026! Sellers will get access to webhooks for automated workflows — including sale notifications, download events, and payout data. Perfect for integrating with tools like Make, Zapier, or your own backend.
